Mooncake Making Workshop and High Tea                                                   15 September 2007 (Saturday)              2.30pm – 5.30pm

Learn to make your own Mooncakes from Dim Sum Chef Leong in this hour-long workshop. Participants will make 2 types of Snowskin Mooncakes – Green Tea and Champagne White Chocolate.  They will bring home 8 mini Mooncakes that they make themselves.  After the workshop, they will adjourn to the Lobby Lounge for a delicious and relaxing High Tea.

Cooking Workshop

22 & 30 September 2007 (Saturday & Sunday)    2.30pm – 3.30pm

Cooking can be easy with Prima Deli pre-mixed spice pastes!  Let the experts from Prima Deli show you innovative ways of using the pastes in your home cooking.  Listen carefully and you may win attractive prizes in the pop quiz!  Limited to a maximum of 25 adults.

Floating Lantern Making Workshop For Kids                                         

23 September 2007 (Sunday)                              5.30pm – 7.30pm

The friendly team from SAVASkool will show you how to make a floating lantern that can also be used as a table-top lantern.  After the workshop, the lanterns will be brought to the poolside, lit and floated in the kids’ pool.  Each kid will get to bring home his / her own lantern as well as a paper folding lantern and a delicious lotus paste mini Snowskin Mooncake from Legends Garden .
